Provide Garment Laundering, Dyeing and Finishing facility options throughout the Far East.
PRODUCT COMPLIANCE AND QUALITY ASSURANCE
Develop and implement Quality Standards and Testing Manuals for all product categories.
Monitor and update Quality Standards Manuals as government, local regulations, or the needs of the business change.
Investigate and provide resolution of all QC product callouts; coordinate all product recalls if needed.
Work with vendors and product managers in assessing and correcting
quality issues.
Enact all necessary safeguards according to Federal & State regulations.
Remain current with all regulatory and compliance government initiatives.
Work with testing labs to assess the most relevant testing protocols and negotiate advantageous and competitive package pricing.
Work with design and production on any new garment and marketing
labels.
SOCIAL COMPLIANCE
Develop company’s own Code of Conduct.
Develop and institute Social Compliance Programs.
Develop and manage vendor Social Compliance auditing and monitoring processes.
Set-up and approve vendors’ manufacturing facilities for Social Compliance.
Oversee vendor Corrective Action Plans and Remediation processes.
BRAND PROTECTION
Create policies and procedures to protect a company’s branded materials.
Set up auditing criteria to confirm Brand Protection policies are being followed.
Implement auditing schedules.
Work with auditing companies to develop appropriate programs to meet the needs of the business.
PRODUCT LIQUIDATION
Create an avenue for the disposition of overrun and unwanted branded inventories from manufacturing facilities globally.
Arrange for the disposal of Store Stocks, Cancelled Goods, Customer Returns and Sample Lots.
Develop non-competing channels of distribution to meet the brand’s needs.
Assure compliance of all agreed upon restrictions such as label defacement, price ticket removals, etc.
Arrange for financial recovery for the manufacturing facility and the brand owners.
